Our Services
Individual Counseling
Individual therapy allows you as a client to work on what is important. Whether you are experiencing symptoms for the first time or you are dealing with something that has been present for many years, we use different therapy models and strategies that fit you and your needs. One-on-one sessions can help whether you are a child who has difficulty with impulsivity, focus, and concentration; a teen who has been struggling to listen and follow directions from authority or has been behaving in ways that are causing major negative consequences; or an adult who has experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, or has just been struggling to manage everyday life stress.
Family Counseling
Family therapy can help to build or strengthen effective and healthy communication, help your family work through family conflicts and tension, help establish family expectations and healthy boundaries, and help explore and heal from difficult situations that may have occurred in the family.
Group Counseling
Group therapy can help you further work on areas you need help with or want to improve on. It provides a safe environment, a sounding board and support system, and helps you to recognize you aren't alone. We facilitate groups using evidenced-based curriculums that help in areas that include anger management, self-esteem and identity, women and men issues, and behavior modification.
